Installing solar electric systems requires a large, well trained workforce, multi-disciplined skill sets, specialty testing equipment, tools and equipment. We have made a significant investment in employee training, safety equipment and procedures. This includes technical training for use of testing equipment, safety gear, specialty tools, off-road construction vehicles, hoisting and staging equipment. This process promotes an on-time project delivery and a high level of safety for our valued install team. At the substantial completion stage the PV arrays, Inverters and associated devices are tested. We provide a comprehensive commissioning process delivering detailed field reports and photographic documentation resulting in the final tie-in to the utility grid.
